  Our office is considered Out-of-Network with all insurance plans, however as a courtesy we are happy to file with all PPO (Preferred Provider Option)insurance plans, and can assist you in obtaining the maximum benefit from your dental insurance plan. We have found that participation as a preferred provider can limit our ability to provide the highest quality of care, and we strive to provide the best treatment for our patients. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company, we are not a party to this contract. Please become familiar with your policy exclusions, maximums, deductibles, and required coinsurance.

   Any ESTIMATE given is due on the day of your procedure. It is NOT A GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT BY YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. If your insurance company pays differently than estimated you are responsible for any balance on the account.

   If your insurance bases coverage off of a FEE SCHEDULE, this means that they will pay the designated percentage of coverage for any given service up to the Fee that THEY ALLOW. The fees “Allowed” by plans using a fee schedule are usually much lower than the actual fees at our office and many other offices in the area. You should expect to always have an out-of-pocket cost if you have an Insurance that pays off of a Fee Schedule. 

   We always do our best to inform you of your ESTIMATED out of pocket portion.

   We offer a third-party financing option through CareCredit. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed to help you pay for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses for you, your family, and even your pets! Once you are approved, you can use it again and again to help manage health, wellness and beauty costs not covered by insurance. CareCredit does offer extended payment plans and a No Interest option for 6 months.

   For your convenience, we accept debit cards, cash, and all major credit cards EXCEPT Discover.
